I'm no parenting super guru (just ask my own kids) and I can't promise to transform you into the bestesterest dad ever, but I am here to help you tap into your 'spirit of dadventure' and to be happier, healthier and more confident on your parenting journey.

Fatherhood is one of life's great adventures, but it may not always feel that way!

As a father myself, I know that dadding can be a rewarding experience. But, it can also be pretty tough at times! When I was facing my own challenges I created a self-coaching program for myself and called it my 'Big Dadventure'.

Today I help other dads by empowering you to activate previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership allowing them to be the kind of father they want to be and to create their own Big Dadventure.

How my own dadventure allows me to help you on your dadventure...

I left art school with dreams of becoming a sculptor, but I was pretty crap at it... and drifted into a career as a designer and creator for some of the world's biggest brands.

While working for a mental health brand, I discovered I could combine creativity with therapy to empower people to reach their healing, health and growth goals. I went back to school and qualified as a Strategic Psychotherapist, Remedial Hypnotherapist, Rapid Results Coach and Death Walker (yep, it's a thing!).

At the same time, as I tackled the challenges of parenthood firsthand, I created a self-coaching program for myself and called it my The Big Dadventure.

Today I help other dads to create their own successful 'dadventures'.

Using a bunch of techniques  — such as Rapid Results Coaching, guided meditation, drawing and storytelling — I help dads to clarify their desired goals, establish their values and create sustainable future outcomes aligned with those values.

Whether you've been a parent for years or if you're new to dadding, in just a few weeks, you will become more focused and resilient. You will overcome uncertainty and resistance to make the decisions that get the results you're looking for when it comes to being a happier, healthier and more confident dad.
